"The property sits in quiet area very close to mtsu. The units are well insulated. My partner and I are both light sleepers and we weren’t bothered by street sounds or other guests. My only complaints were the mattress felt like a stack of cold waffles and the pull out bed was more of a cot than a bed but overall still a great stay!"

"Host great, Location Great Safe, Condo Cute Needs some updates in the bathroom but not a big deal (Pealing Drawers) Biggest issue was cleanliness. Looking for a hair dryer found a towel in the drawer that was stuffed with who knows what crusty.(No hair dryer not an issue) Towels Old and dingy. The bathroom where not cleaned very well. Looks very much like they hire a company and its a speed threw clean. Could Use a deep clean ( Corners, Tub, Walls etc) But over an okay stay"

"Clean inside but did smell a little like Clorox. Very nice updated place and comfortable bed.
It could use adding another dish towel - only one was supplied - and maybe a dish cloth for washing dishes. Also the tap water was not the best, it would be a nice touch to add an RO system, a Brita, or at least a few water bottles for guests in case of emergency.
Great location and parking. The weeds next to the house were pretty overgrown so maybe cleaning up the landscaping a bit would be good."

"Close enough to downtown nashville but not in the direct heart of it all. Next to other attractions such as Marathon Motor Works and Nashville Farmers Market. Super clean. Love that each unit has its own washer and dryer. Staff are super nice and friendly."

"It was a great time and the price was amazing. Had some issues finding and getting into my room the first day because I wasn’t sent the room number but was able to get in contact with the 24hr support team and they helped me pretty quick. other then that no issues, I would definitely recommend this place"
