"reserved a smoking room but the fire alarms were going off all over the hotel. my room was ddirty and the front desk was rude. "

"The stay was nice until the last day. We left to get some stuff for the travel back home. We returned to the hotel and a church event wouldn’t let us back in the parking lot. They directed us to go around the corner to a parking lot not connected to the hotel. We called the hotel no answer along with a member called from a room in the hotel and no answer. "

"This property needs to be updated, appliance needs to be cleaned or replaced. The refrigerator looked like it came out of a dumpster. The nightstand drawer wouldn't close. Paint was peeling off the way, and the mattress was dented it. The pillows were terrible. "

" the only problem i had was that the floor although it was swept it hadn't been moped in a while. I know this because within 15 minutes of walking barefoot the bottom of my feet were black not even a little dirty. However the next morning we saw housekeeping and asked hip just to mop the floor, which he did and everything was great after that. I would definately go there again."

"The room floor was dirty. It looked as if it hadn't been swept or mopped for over a several weeks. The curtains and comforter had burn holes in them. The faucet dripping was no stop and the tub has black spots in it. "

"No included breakfast for the high priced rooms, bad. Small pool for the “tallest” building in Virginia and high priced room, bad. No available vending on any floor, bad. "

"Great location, plenty of stores and restaurants. The only thing that I didn’t like was being able to here the traffic, but it soon died down."

"The AC worked well. The room was underwhelming. They need to upgrade the rooms, they are very outdated. Only 1 light worked in my room. The fridge was not clean, the room overall didn’t feel clean but it seemed like the best that could be done. The shower position resulted in water getting all over the bathroom floor. The elevator looked like a death trap. I even got stuck riding up and down as it failed to open on the 3rd floor, where my room was. "

"Hotel smelled, room wasnt cleaned competely before i got arrived. There was a hair in my shower, walls had dirt and grim. Hard time sleeping it was loud, people were in and out of the hotel, people yelling the halls, dog barking in the next room until 2am, cars in the parking lot hanging out blaring music, it didn't get quiet until about 2:30am. "

"The sheets had not been changed but the bed was made up. Sheets were full of hair and sand. Horrible place. Never another Econo Lodge! "

"Do not go with the cheapest option regardless of your circumstances. I was trying to save money, ended up booking for 2 nights, barely was able to get through the 1st night . I checked out the next day and ending up having to spend more money for 1 night at another establishment."
