The first room we were in had chipped and peeling paint, the lamp was missing the cover, the bed lights were hanging by the wiring, and the bathroom door was broken, so it could’ve fallen on us since it’s a sliding door. The second room we were moved to was dirty and didn’t look like it had been cleaned. The bathroom door was also broken, there was hair in the shower, and the sheets...

"The shower was falling off and the temperature dial was backwards. There was blood found on our sheets and a pillow! The staff were freiiendly and quick to correct."

"Loved this place! I'm kind of picky about hotels. I can't stand a dirty smelly place. This place was very clean and comfortable. We stayed in it for a few days before heading to a family gathering. Then we booked it again for a night before leaving town. The second stay I guess I booked a room that was the last king bed and happened to be the handicap accessible corner room. It was way big and explained the slightly higher price. Even though a paid a little more it was a very restful sleep...

"I grew up in Virginia Beach and always wanted to stay here after it was built. What a waste of space! The room we were given faced a parking lot, out toilet didn’t work- my husband had to fix it, we ran out of soap and when we asked for more they just put a bottle I. Our room and not set it up in the shower. We asked them to freshen up the room. They only made up one of the two beds and didn’t do the next day. Never again! "

"Noisy traffic, people banging on doors after midnight. Toilet needs caulking so to give it a cleaner look. Dark carpet gives it a dirty feel. Bulbs dont give enough light and good cover for any bugs. Roach stickers on wall to confirm other travelers that bugs are present. The refund fees is overwritten by hotels policy. No options available so we paid the fee that should be refunded based on none existance. Staff not friendly and gave me the room key and announce room number with other...

"When we arrived, we were very disappointed that the pool was not open, we did not have a refrigerator, microwave, or coffee maker in the room. We brought our concerns to the manager, Brittany, she was extremely helpful and rectified many of our dissatisfaction. She listened to us and let us know we were heard. She did her best to make our stay enjoyable. She is definitely an asset."
