Only stayed overnight for early flight, room rate and room was good, bar and meals were expensive for what was provided. Not good value.

Britannia Hotel Newcastle Airport
Firstly it took over 10minutes for receptionist to come over and give us our key for room. She was also working on the bar, so reception was unmanned. Doxford Hall Hotel & Spa
Stunning hotel, gardens, maze and amenities all excellent. Lovely attentive staff and breakfast and had dinner the 2 nights we stayed, cannot fault it and would love to return some day.

Birdsong View - comfortable apartment in Amble
This is a very well equipped, warm and comfortable property. Surprisingly spacious and with everything you could want, we really enjoyed our stay. A very short walk from the centre of town we really would recommend this to anyone wanting totally relax. Great job, owners, thank you.
