In addition to the new construction of the house, the added amenities were a very nice touch, along with the provided necessities (paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry detergent, etc.). The room was clean and the front desk guy was very nice. Minimal towels , no tissues or lotion. But good for the price. We just needed a place to sleep for the night
