"The entire staff were amazing! Aleksandra checked us in and was awesome! Everyone we encountered from there was just welcoming and nice. The room is small but clean and cozy and the shower was hot and had great water pressure….not to mention a towel heater!!!! The hotel also booked our taxi from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the cruise port! And, I was able to pay for the taxi through the hotel! I definitely recommend this great hotel."

"We really liked the privacy of the apartment, and the patio was nice. The bed was not very comfortable and there definitely needs to be two more pillows. It’s a small space, but it was fine for our intended use, just two nights in between flights! We really liked the bars nearby and the location was great. "Really cool place. Staff was completely amazing. Above and beyond. And the breakfast was one of the most amazing I’ve ever had! I’d go back just for that!! The berry juice was so good, and so much variety. The restaurant looks out over the lake. Hot tub was just ok. Area around the hotel very pretty. Room was very spacious and well appointed, if dated in style. Removed one star for a musty smell and the very weird decor, including a strange and out of place Mexico theme. "
