"The house was adorable, very clean! The owner communicated very well. We adored the waffles and all of the fixings! That really did make the stay personal. And we appreciated that there was a very nice air mattress provided. The hot tub was very hot, 106*, but it was a nice amenity. Take off the lid and it cooled down. The only disappointment was that the master bed was terrible. The frame was extremely squeaky, so every time we rolled over we woke back up. And the white fur-like comforter...

"We stayed at this heavenly haven in Montana for our fifth year in a row. This beautiful log home on 14 acres surrounded with mountain views continues to be our favorite family getaway spot for scenic serenity and reflective repose. The house is spacious, comfortable, immaculately clean, decorated with country art, and feels like home. The owner and his cleaning staff are welcoming, helpful, and very nice. If there was a rating of 5, I would use this to recommend Mountain Log Hideaway to people...

"If you like quiet and comfort, then this is a place for you. There are stores close enough by to where you can get anything you need or maybe go have dinner. It’s a very cozy cabin that is perfect for any couple. Megan was the most gracious host and always available if we needed her which we did not. I highly recommend staying with Megan at her cozy cabin in Haugan Montana. "

"The accommodations were perfect for our family, we loved having all the amenities that we are accustomed to - home away from home, for sure! The natural environment was bustling with activity, we were living in a nature preserve! "The home is quintessential Montana - beautiful solid log cabin. We had plenty of room with two couples staying for several days. The lake view is gorgeous and we saw white tailed deer, bald eagles, osprey, and geese among many other birds. We kayaked the lake almost every day and caught several fish. Elizabeth is a fantastic host and very knowledgeable about the area and nearby activities. We would love to stay again. "

"This was a nice camp for a quick visit with friends. The owners are very nice and friendly and allow you to play with all of their animals! The camp itself is pretty small and a little quirky- there is no sink in the bathroom, so you have to wash your hands and brush your teeth in the kitchen- but if you go with the "camping" mindset, you'll be fine."
