"This house was perfect for the 7 of us. The house was very clean and the kitchen was stocked very well with all of the tools/gadgets we could want. The backyard space was super nice and the location seemed to be a close distance to all the wineries and the tasting rooms downtown. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Very happy with our stay at this rental. We were in town for a tournament, and for three adult friends, each having their own bedroom, was a big plus. Owner was very helpful and prompt in all communications. Would definitely stay again."

"The AC was too cold for our group but did some adjusting for that. Room for large groups. The outside area was very nice. The only thing I can think of that was missing, was teaspoons. Enjoyed our time in Pendleton."

"I love this little house. It's so cute. It's very centrally located. I loved walking all over town. (I may be willing to walk farther than some people :). It was clean and well equipped. "

"Very clean, very confortable. Well stocked for an extended stay. Very close to downtown pendelton. Rodeo fans need to snatch this location up. Quiet neighborhood with an amazing oak tree out the front door. Obviously this property is being renovated by someone who cares. We would definitely book it again. "

"We had a great time at Casa Grosgrain. It was a perfect set up for 4 couples. They had a grill we used, every bathroom was beautiful and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The kitchen was well stocked too. The tasting room next door was great. Definitely, a wonderful place to stay."

It was bigger than I thought it would be with two separate living areas. The kitchen was fairly well stocked and everything worked well. The communication with the host was quick and thorough.
