"This property was a short walk from family as we came for a funeral. Also near several miles of walking near the university and river area. Convenient with the kitchen for us, and there's a dishwasher. Big one bedroom apartment was relaxing vs a hotel. Communication via text for the access code was seamless. "

"This was an interesting place as it was a converted warehouse type building. It was hard to find with Google maps, as it took us to the back of the building, so be sure to turn on Melwood. The room was very large, and the TV was HUGE! Nice bathroom with a toilet seat that was heated and had a built-in bidet - not sure why? Full size refrigerator, but no ice which was a disappointment. Coffee was provided. Bed was comfortable. Overall, a good experience. "

"The place hit the spot. It provided exactly what we needed for our two nights stay while attending the U.S. Open. Clean. Convenient. A couple bars and Restaurants nearby. Air conditioning wasn’t working in the hotel bar, but it wasn’t terrible but if I had to dig it for something, that’s what I would do."

"The mansions on Fifth are, first of all, gorgeous inside and out. Upon arrival, I was met by a staff member who held the door for me and asked if I required help with any luggage. "The room was very clean and people very nice. They cleaned the room during my stay which some places don’t these days. Down side-mattress was too soft, water pressure just adequate, lighting in the bathroom positioned so I had trouble seeing to do stuff at the sink. They did accommodate my allergies with fragrance free sheets and do not use drier sheets but do use fabric softener, so I brought my own pillow and wore pajamas that covered most of rest. "The place is VERY nice and accommodated everything i had planned with my family. EVERYTHING was there. Beds were very comfortable and hot water in the showers. The kept in communication all the way up to the day leaving. I had family members who are thinking of using this place for gatherings. The pool table and dart board was a nice touch. "

"Pros: Spacious rooms, extensive ammenities and staff replied promptly to our inquiries (at first). Cons: “queen” sofa bed just a big sofa, had pee smell on one side; shower gel rack positioned way too high for shorter adults or children to reach; floors and carpet were kinda dirty.
