"Location was perfect. Close proximity to our favorite lakes. The General store across the street had great selection of items. House looked and smelled very clean when we arrived. Lots of space and activities for the whole family. Driveway was very spacious and flat. Hosts were amazing and very responsive with any questions or concerns during and even before our stay. "Access to the property was quick and easy. Great view of the river from the deck and the lawn below. Very comfortable and well-stocked. Owner/manager did not interrupt our stay (as has happened in other VRBO's we've used). Facilities were very comfortable and convenient. Only minor suggestions would be replacing the Q bed with a King and maybe adding a dishwasher."

Property is well designed and furnished with 2 separate living areas, large dining table and rooms to accommodate 8 guests. Heating worked well as we were in late November. "Excellent host, very quick to respond! Great porches to sit and enjoy the river! The enclosed garage was an added bonus, rained every day of our stay and we were able to unload and load and never got wet. The kitchen was stocked well with everything that we needed. The host was very gracious and allowed us to stay a couple hours more because we were unable to get out on the road due to flooding and trees down.
