"The description and the pictures are very misleading. We drove up walked in and left immediately! THERE IS NO A/C . When you stay in a home especially when it is 95 degrees outside it becomes a sauna. The entire place is so small. I could touch both walls standing in the middle of the room. The pictures of the lake are very misleading. its' a freaking swamp. Also there "boat" they offer was filled with water half sunk into the lank and covered in pond scum. Also not to mention you are one block...

"We had a fantastic short getaway. The house and location are fantastic, the area is full of fun things to do and great places to visit and dine. Our host was tremendous, recommending great places for dinner and making us feel very welcome. Next time we’ll stay longer and bring the boat since the home has a private slip."

"Wonderful property right on the lake! Cabin is very clean and newly updated. There are three cabins on this property and they are pretty close together, but each cabin has its own dock and boat so if you don’t want to interact with your neighbors, you don’t have to. Luckily, when we stayed both of the other families staying were very nice and we had a great time hanging out! "Seems like it is a new VRBO, the property is nice, great location. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING. Maybe they are working on it. However half of our occupants were miserable and overheated, which made for a less than ideal vacation. Yes there were a couple box fans. "I knew it was going to be "nice" but it turned out to be far more. Manicured walking trails thru the woods, a kitchen equipped to prep a gourmet meal for 10 or more, great-sized bedrooms, fabulous A/C, garage parking, etc. 'Already booked a stay for next year. The hosts are amazing, deserve a premier plus rating."

"Beautiful cottage and the host is so communicative. She let me know the day prior that an early check in was available for our stay which helped tremendously. Our group cooked a few nights and the kitchen had all supplies we needed. The pontoon boat was absolutely a highlight as well. "
