"The property is very well maintained. It has a nice deck with a smoker. The open floor panel plan is very nice. It also has a decent size well-maintained backyard. It is about a five minute drive to honeysuckle Beach."

"We have stayed at the Gumprecht House several times and it is perfect for our family (18 months to 77!). The location is perfect, whether we are at the beach, out on the lake with our boat and wave runners, taking the kids to the very close park, playing pickle ball or strolling the streets of the lovely village. If not walking, our favorite mode of transportation is bicycling. The house is roomy and beautiful with 5 bedrooms and many sitting areas on the main floor. We shall be returning...

"Loved this spot for a quick trip for our daughter’s engagement. So cute, clean and comfortable. Saw a mama & baby deer right before we left. Was concerned about the stairs, but worked out great. Kelly was so accommodating. "

"This was a great house to stay at as we explored the Coeur d'Alene area. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable and our kids loved the loft area and games! They especially enjoyed playing table tennis. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice having a patio to hang out on in the evenings. Things to note: The road to the home is a one-lane gravel road with some pretty steep areas and drop offs (no guard rails). We rented a Nissan Rogue and did not have any...

Playing in the water, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, etc. Your kitchen is super stocked with every gadget anyone would need. Don't ever sell your place it is truly a prime spot on CDA Lake! "This condo and location exceeded our expectations. The amenities, decor, cleanliness, and waterfront view were top notch. The hosts are very friendly and responsive with detailed instructions for check-in/check-out and things to do in the area. We will definitely be back as we had the best time and loved everything about our stay. Highly recommend! "
