"We were greeted so beautifully by Cassandra and the young man she was training at the guest registration. She is a gem! Loved sitting out on the patio and admiring the magnificence of the water and the grounds. The buildings were immaculate 24/7 and our room was pristine! We will definitely be returning! Thank you!"

"The staff was the best part if the hotel. They were super nice and very helpful from before the arrival when our flight was canceled until departure on the last day! The unit was laid out well with minimalism. The beds were surprisingly comfortable for all of us. The lighting was a bit poor for our senior citizen eyesight and the room although tidy was in a little bit of disrepair. Would love to give 5 for the staff, but the room detracted from the total score. "

"The property is very nice, although we did not have a chance to enjoy it because of the weather. The best of our stay was Denise who gave us very detailed information about the Hamptons. She pointed on the maps where to go, with a variety of restaurants to choose from. However, it was overpriced for a motel -not an inn. "

"My second stay here. Lovely boutique type hotel. Rooms are very clean, with a warm/luxury beach vibe decor. Bed was very comfortable. Restaurant was very good as well. Front desk staff friendly and accommodating. Check in easy. We arrived late and they must have been expecting us as they greeted us by name. Very expensive given it’s in Hampton Bays and not in West ie South Hampton, but it is about 15 mins to either Westhampton or South Hampton so easy enough to enjoy both towns from there. And...
