This is a motel, not a hotel. There's no reception, no amenities, luke warm shower, no elevator, no parking. After you lug your bags up the inconvenient side staircase, you discover you have no privacy out the window since it's on the first floor of a main street, so expect to have to keep the curtains drawn. There's a bar right below your room that plays ridiculously loud music to old hicks trying to relive their youth, making it impossible to have a conversation or sleep in the room until super late, unless you want to sleep in earplugs in your own hotel room. The ethereal number you can text for service responds at their own pace and doesn't seem to care. Because of our experience we asked for a refund so that we could go stay elsewhere, which they also refused. They know they're scamming people calling this a hotel.
They also flat out refused a late check out initially and only gave us late check out after we reminded them we will be leaving an honest review. This place should be 1/3rd the price for what it offers; I should have listened to the other reviews - I'd never stay here again and would do not recommend you do.
