"I called the hotel before I drove there in evening and was told I did not have a booking. I had to check in to a different hotel. Wyndham Southbury charged my card as if I had stayed there and has not yet refunded me!!"

"The property and room were clean. The two staff members I interacted with were courteous. So, in staying there you're only provided with two little bars of soap, which is fine for a quick stay, but if you're there any longer bring your own, though I'd think they'd provide more. There is only a microwave at the front desk and in the room is only a little fridge. Overall, was a good 2 night stay."

"I expected the quality to be somewhat low, but what concerned me most was the lack of safety. When we arrived at the parking lot, there were three men smoking marijuana, and they even approached us offering food and trying to talk to us. I don’t understand why the hotel does not manage people gathering in the parking area and allows guests to be affected like this. It felt very unsafe, and I could not even leave the room. I was also worried that our car might be stolen, so I could not sleep...

"Coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge, Wi-fi, TV and air conditioning all working. Bed was extremely soft. I liked being able to open the windows. Having the whole place run via a cell phone, not a good idea."

"The Good: Nice Friendly Staff and the room was very clean and very comfortable. The Shower/Bath was highly difficult to operate and needs a retrofit. Overall I rate it 5 Stars."

"Everything about this hotel was great. Amazing quality for the value. Only downside was how thin the walls were. I could hear conversations in other rooms, even other guests alarms going off super early in the morning which was a little bit of an annoyance. I will say that the overall experience 100% beat that minor inconvenience. I would def be back."
