"The location is fantastic. It is easily walkable. The check in and check out process was extremely easy and the owner was extremely communicative and helpful. The setup and number of bathrooms was very nice and worked well for our family gathering of 10. The front porch was very comfortable and enjoyable. The kitchen is compact but provides necessities I would recommend the property and would return. "

"Our family of four absolutely loved our stay. Very clean, newly renovated, wonderful amenities, and lots of natural light. Well thought-out upgrades to this charming old house throughout. The pool was immaculate, WiFi was fast, and lots of thoughtful extras from games & toys to pool towels and extra blankets to an outdoor shower. Plenty of room to spread out and the house had lots of character. We will absolutely book again when we’re in the area. Thanks for a lovely respite!"

"It was a perfect, secluded spot for my small family to gather and enjoy each others' company while being close to everything Chapel Hill has to offer. We enjoyed walking by the road leading to the house and I felt completely safe doing this at all hours. The kitchen was will stocked with appliances and utensils, and the wooded view out the window made me happy. There was plenty of easily accessible parking. "Stayed at this house w/ my family over the Thanksgiving wknd. I liked how there were 5 bedrooms to accommodate 7 adults. The king beds were very comfortable. 1 double bed was very squeaky and a 2nd was very firm. The host was quick to respond to texting."
