"Shower & toilet / basin room was clean.Shower was excellent. Towels provided. Very basic no frills but was perfect for my needs. Tea / coffee making facilities, tv , microwave & fridge all provided. Carpet & mattress could do with updating. Was quiet & had a good nights sleep. "

"There was no microwave in the room, and they could not accommodate the guests by putting one in the reception area. They kept giving excuses while other hotels in the area like holiday inn have microwave in their rooms. They refused to clean the room while staying for 5 days. Never stay here again."

"I stayed here for one night as a solo traveller. On arrival they asked for ID, which I found a bit unusual, and then sent a link asking for credit card details to cover any potential damages. I understand why hotels do this, but it did feel a bit impersonal. The location is good and there’s plenty of parking, which is a big plus. " would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The first room I was given reeked of cigarette smoke. When I went down to report it, the receptionist reacted as though I was being dishonest, which was both frustrating and unprofessional. I was eventually offered another room, which thankfully didn’t smell, but getting there required walking through hallways that stank heavily of marijuana. I raised this concern as well, but...

"Shops were about a10 minute walk away and there were bus stops outside on the road, the underground was a 15 minute walk. As a solo trip for me it was great"
