"We enjoyed our one night stay in this hotel. The front desk lady was super nice and let us check in before 3:00pm. She gave us Basel Card and explained how to benefit from it. It saved us a lot of money for public transportation and museums. The room was very clean. The only thing that we think could improve is the outlets by the bed. If they could put one outlet on each side of the bed, that'll be more convenient. Overall, it's a nice hotel that we would recommend to anyone visiting Basel."

"I think the hotel could have been refubished since the photos were taken. The rooms and outdoor areas are nicer than than they look. It in a great location and has lovely views of the river. The assocaited restaurant and beer garden also good but unlike other comments i would say is expensive and staff not quite as freindly. So stay in the hotel have a beer "

"Nice hotel close to the city centre, main station and tram stop. Nice gym and a private sauna you can book which was great. Free fruit on each floor with still and sparking water taps, Nespresso coffee and tea. Breakfast seemed quite pricey so we just ate the free fruit and bought some stuff in the supermarket around the corner. One thing, the toilet had a kinda funny door and you have a gap when it is closed to it is not super sound proof."
