"Wollten die ganze Nächte nochmals abbuchen obwohl ich bei Hotel com im Voraus bezahlt habe. Sagten ich solle Hotel com. Einklagen! Wollten keine Kontakte zu Hotel com aufnehmen und liessen mich allein mit Problem ! Kühlschrank war nicht kühl und nur Lüftung keine Klimaanlage!"
