"It was close to a lot of Alamo Heights which has lovely shopping and excellent restaurants. It is affordable and clean and adjacent to my favored parts of the city. Those seeking closeness to the SA most famous attractions might find it remote"

"Very nice owners and clean room. No bugs, no roaches. None. The only bad thing is the pet fee. Staying here a week and they charge $30 a day for two cats. That gets expensive! Our room does not at all smell like cats. My wife got a small mop from the store and mops twice a day to keep everything very clean. We believe it is important to leave a room cleaner than when ypu came. A few other things that were undesirable was some homeless guy running back and fourth on the sidewalk next to the motel...

"Pros-updated lobby/breakfast area, super close to airport and very convenient friendly shuttle service. Hot shower with good pressure. Early morning, friendly desk staff. Cons- lady at front desk for checking us in acted like her job was a hassle. We stood waiting for her to come to the desk for close to 10 minutes wondering where the staff was. The light above our sink didn’t work, sheets “seemed clean” but were stained so yuck. Seems like they are still working on updating this hotel...

"Great location. We were in town for Fiesta, and the place was perfect to go to all the festivities. Walking distance to good food. The address was a little confusing, but all worked out in the long run. A little cramped for two people getting ready for formal events. Would be great for a TDY or place to stay for a while on business. Laundry facility was a bonus! "
