"I love how the staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean. I love the free breakfast and dinner, as well as the free shuttle service, popcorn and free drinks in the evening. Would lstay with Drury Hotel again, no doubt. The only minor thing was the absence of USB ports in the rooms. Hope the rooms get updated with it. Thanks a lot again!"

"As soon as we arrived we were greeted and checked in quickly. Rooms were clean, comfortable and cold to stave off the summer heat! Will definitely stay there again whenever we come to Sea World again."

"We had a bad check in experience after we were given our key card to our room, it was late at night and we go into our room and there were other guests sleeping in there which scared the crap out of me! Went back down to the front desk and told her what happened. She apologized and I don’t understand how they wouldn’t see that someone was in that room. They put us in another room, upgraded and gave us complimentary breakfast to apologize."

"When we arrived we were put down on the first floor in what they called the overflow area because they were packed even though I booked a few months before hand. It was so hot in the building and when we got to the room, it was hot, smelled like mold and musky. Turn on the lights and half the lights work properly. Very old carpet and furniture. Bathroom wall had mold on it and cleaning was not very good. We had bugs crawling around as well. During the week no housekeeping other than 2 days when...

"Breakfast and kitchen were good. The staff was friendly and helpful. I do wish that the water for showering was warmer. Also, they need to repair the American Flag. It is quite tattered. The location is extremely convenient. I would recommend this hotel for this price point."

"Loved our room, bed was comfortable. The front desk lady wasn’t the kindest . No luggage carts to be found as we looked for hours to bring up a heavy luggage. The lady at the bar was the best as she found a cart for us. Swimming pool hand rail was broken as the hot tub rail which is dangerous. Only 3 lounges in the pool area no chairs. Washer and dryers are in a closet, could definitely have another set on another floor."

"The moldy/mustry smells in the room completely ruined the experience for me. Overall clean grounds but rooms are bad. They let me change rooms once. Second room was less musty so I accepted it, but it still was still pretty bad that I would not go back to this hotel. Staff were very friendly."
