"Well the room was clean but there was a dead cockroach on the carpet. The breakfast was okay but on the last day of our stay there were no boiled eggs left when I went down at 9am. My sister asked the woman taking care of the breakfast counter and she went and checked in the back and there was a whole basket of them. The other lady said she thought it was milk. The morning that I was getting ready to check out I received a call from a man (sounded like a young black man) on the hotel telephone....

"The website advertises 24 hour shuttle to the airport, which is why I booked this hotel. When I checked in and tried to arrange shuttle service, I was told it was not 24 hours and started at 5am (my flight was at 5am). Big inconvenience, and the staff at the front desk were indifferent to the situation. "

"Everyone was very pleasant and welcoming. I am always a fan of Marriott. This was my first time in San Antonio, and I definitely plan on returning. I chose my hotels based on the bathrooms and Marriott always has a great bathroom mirror! I will be back soon!"

"We were assigned a connecting room. Originally had no problem with it. But at night when the next room was occupied we would hear everything, they were very loud until very late at night and throughout the morning. There was also light from the hallway that would come into the room from under the door. Also when I went to get a shower and moved the curtain a wash towel from the previous guest fell from the rod. Staff nice, the bed was very comfortable but we had a terrible night."

"Housekeeping came to my room and left us with no towel (1 towel for 3 people in the room. It was a suite so obviously we had more than one person. I had asked for more coffee pods in my room, and told them all I had left was tea. So they brought 4 more teas up. Kinda frustrating, but I like the hotel nonetheless."

"For the stay it was okay, but the shower was dirty and so was the pool. The elevator floor had a whole in it and one of the wall sockets had a piece of metal in it. But besides that everything else seemed pretty good !"

"They had their own shuttle, but we had a rental. Hot breakfast every morning room was pretty clean although service made the one day but didn’t make the order. I didn’t understand that, but I’m not gonna complain. I would stay there again."
