"The staff was amazing. So nice and attentive. Our room lock was malfunctioning but they had it fixed the next morning. The only downfall was not the fault of the Best Western - two nights in a row, other guests came in just before 3am and woke everyone up. In the parking lot, stomping in their rooms, beeping their car alarms. Annoying, but I know they were on vacation. Not the end of the world. I'd definitely stay here again."

"Staff was great. Rooms need to be tended too better. First room we had we had to move out of because the Carbon Monoxide alarms kept going off when we turned on the fireplace. They pulled one off the wall to silence it and left us in there and then the one in the bedroom went off.
Our next room had a light burned out over the coffee area and no freezer door. We paid over $600 for 2 nights. I expect more. The size of the room was exceptional! There was also rolled up discarded carpet in the...
