"Check-In effortless. House is lovely. You feel like you are in beautiful tree house. Very clean. Set up of home is wonderful, furnished to match the exterior. We love the quiet. The kitchen includes anything you might require, laundry area has everything accessible. We loved shower. We look forward to our return"

"We had eight family members with 3 dogs in tow. The home had plenty of room to spread out and maintain personal space. This location and amenities were just as advertised and expected. Our host was exceptional in responding quickly to our inquiries. We are happy to recommend this spot."

"Walking into this condo, we felt immediately on a mini vacation! Owner left a nice, local bottle of wine. It is very peaceful sitting on the balcony. We spent our evenings playing games and just relaxing! The owner was very quick to respond to any of our questions! We plan on returning! "

"Great property, would stay here again when visiting Bloomington. Sheet set did not fit the pull out couch; otherwise great detail that included sponge, Dawn, towels, etc.i did not know what recycling includes in Bloomington? Maybe a sign for that? "

"Very cute little house, with awesome owners. Only suggestion is to put a small fire pit in front of the house in the gravy area off porch. Otherwise, it was a very nice place! "

"Wonderful location. The loft cabin lake house was well supplied including pots and pans and I ended up overpacking after reading previous reviews. Charcoal grill was small but considering it’s not meant for a huge crowd anyways I was able to make a nice meal for family of 4. The hot tub was clean and worked well. The location was 15 minutes down a winding gravel road I was not aware of that. Very peaceful beautiful place to relax and not too far from small town shops. "

"This condo is immaculate, well-appointed, and exactly as indicated in the details. The unit included everything we needed and wanted for a stress-free, quick, two night, anniversary get-away. Brandon is a responsive host-checking in on our stay and offering assistance if needed; however, since everything was perfect, no assistance was needed. We will definitely be back!"

"Very tranquil and quiet neighborhood. Home was exactly as described. Very easy to access from the main roads and super close to anything you’d want or need near IU, lake Monroe, or Brown County. The host was very friendly and super helpful. Highly recommend. "

"It was great that all 3 bedrooms had there own bath, no one had to share. Check -in was complicated by some misinformation but the property manager was responsive and we eventually got in. Very bare bones furnishings and kitchen sparsely equipped."

"Absolutely beautiful home and property. Very old home that’s restored with modern amenities. Loved the grounds. Close to town yet isolated. Enjoyed the hot tub and star gazing. "

"Great location just minutes from Fairfax. Plenty of pools, walking etc on site. Well maintained property with plenty of space for our family of 5. Condo looks over wooded area which was quiet and peaceful. Dinner at Eagle Pointe was great. Morning jogs around the property was great with lots of views of deer! Our host was friendly, helpful and responsive - not that we had any issues. "
