"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this VRBO! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location right on Lake Huron was stunning — gorgeous views and the perfect spot to unwind. The only thing to note (especially for those with little kids) is that there’s a train that runs around 8 PM and 1 AM. It didn’t bother us much, but it’s worth mentioning. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we’d absolutely stay here again!"

"Our stay couldn’t have been better. The views are breathtaking, such gorgeous beaches, and the scenic lake. The beach house was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. All of us felt at home. It was wonderful to rest and relax in comfort. Highly recommend!"

"The house was very nice and clean. Plenty of dishes, glasses, and pots and pans - they were a little old but serviceable. The neighborhood was very quiet except for the main road close by. Plenty of grocery stores within a few miles to pick up whatever you need. The beach was a few minutes walk away and nobody was there. Plenty of golf courses within a half hour of the house. The only negative I have is that the tub gets very slippery with the body wash they provide. There is poison ivy in the...

"This is a quaint second floor 2 bedroom unit in a large condo complex with a great lakefront view. Very clean, relative new and well maintained. All of the condo owners we met were seniors just like us. Before we got there, everyone that looked at the picture said it was too far from the water. In reality it was quite the opposite. "We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was very roomy, beautiful yard, quiet neighborhood! Lots for the kids to do, they loved the air hockey! The host was great, we had a little hiccup the first day, and he handled it immediately, was very nice and easy to get ahold of! I was a little nervous because there was no air conditioning but we opened the windows and it was perfect. We would definitely book here again"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very peaceful and quiet. Very unique and pleasant surroundings, being right on the creek. We enjoyed hearing the creek at night as we slept, and drinking morning coffee over looking the trout pond. The place is very clean and easy to stay at. The owner is friendly and helpful. Feeding the fish is pretty fun! There are many beautiful places near here to visit and enjoy. We will definitely come back if we are in the area. "

"Every time we are at Barefoot Beach we instantly relax. It is actually hard to leave! Great facilities, beautiful beach, we have fun sitting by the bonfire. Well worth staying there!"

"Our family has an annual reunion in Oscoda with canoeing and this year our 11 person group decided to forgo the hotel and found this beautiful rental. 1 minute walk to the beach, 1 minute walk to downtown area, big backyard with built in firepit, 5 bedrooms, to living spaces, large kitchen/dining. It was perfect for us, plenty of space to spread out and go out and enjoy the area. 10/10 would recommend."

"If I could give this place 100 stars I would. Everything was wonderful. Clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. They even had kayaks on site and sand toys for the kids. The Weber grill was perfect for grilling out every night. The swing set meant the kids were always entertained. The hosts were so responsive from start to finish. Access to Oscoda for groceries was quick and easy. Beach was private, not crowded, clean and overall just lovely every day. Cannot wait to return! "
