"I’ve been to Gettysburg a few times but only for a day trip. I booked this cabin and I couldn’t be happier! Charming cabin with all of the essentials. The property was beautiful and very close to all of the military parks. The owners were beyond helpful the entire process. I loved the fire pit out front and with the late summer nights starting to cool off some now the fire pit was a must! The river views were awesome and the amount of wildlife that I saw every morning and afternoon was the...

"Perfect place to stay if you love sitting outside and listening to nature. The propert was clean and comfortable. Easy distance to travel to Gettysburg or DC (we did both.) Overall, as a family of 4, we would love to return if we ever make it back this direction. "

"Wonderful location for touring. We saw Gettysburg, Antietam, and Hershey. Super clean and quiet! Great coffee! Easy walk to historic downtown area for supper and shopping. Grocery stores nearby as well."

"We very much enjoyed our honeymoon stay at Apple Blossom Cottage over the July 4th weekend. Perfect location - a private secluded spot and yet so close to Gettysburg. The cottage was clean and tidy and the decor was so nice. Sitting by a bonfire at night listening to the bullfrogs was fun and relaxing. Communication with the host was great too. I recommend Apple Blossom and am hoping to return sometime. "

"We stayed at Culp House for 2 nights with 4 of our grandchildren. Staying in this charming, well-kept, older home in the historic district of Gettysburg seemed to help make history come alive. We toured the Battlefield and museum, and walked the neighborhood. History was everywhere! "

"Nicely appointed and decorated Airstream trailer. Secluded and quit, but near enough to tour Gettysburg. We loved it."

"Perfect location! Far enough away from the busy hustle and bustle, but close enough (10 min) to take multiple trips into Gettysburg throughout each day. Love being able to drive past so much history on our way in! Owners were wonderful about allowing us to have our pets! Only surprise was no access to washer and dryer and no grill. I should have paid attention to the listing better! Didn't put a dent in our trip though! Home was extremely clean and very welcoming! We loved sitting on the porch...

"Great property. Loved the gustoric aspect of the place. Walking distance to shoos and restaurants."

"Loved the view off of the deck...just beautiful! Our girls enjoyed canoeing, swimming, and fishing (sunfish, bass & perch). The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to our needs and questions. Location is close to Gettysburg (10-15 min) and there's a nearby grocery store for shopping. Excellent place to get away on a family vacation, especially if you love the beauty of the outdoors! "
