"The property was welcoming to pets, in fact when I was searching for a place, I indicated that I had two pets coming with me and was then connected only to properties that were pet friendly, as you would expect with an applied filter for pets. After connecting, the site also said that all fees were included, and there would be no other charges. "Leroy is an awesome host he responds quickly when you reach out to him. I needed to extend my stay and he did not hesitate to allow me. The property is as described on the listing, great parking if you know Long Beach parking can be difficult! The kitchen has every pot and pan you could need to cook up a delicious meal. Large tvs and comfortable beds. This property most definitely makes you feel right at home. I would most definitely stay again and recommend this property to anyone.Thanks Leroy...

"Other than the stairs are narrow and a bit steep down to the basement which makes it a bit tough for older people to get luggage up and down we were very pleased with this property. We would definitely stay here again. Maybe a motive to pack a little lighter. :)"

The ac in the location did not work, I texted the host and he did not come to fix or bring an extra ac unit until check out date. The listing said sleeps 6, there was an air mattress but it kept deflating the entire stay. The Vrbo served its purposes but we would not stay here again. "
