"Great stay if you only waiting for a cruise. Sketchy part of town but seems safe just looks sketchy. Had to ring the door bell 2-3 times before the manager answered the door to check in at 11pm l. I heard this was a refurbished halfway house from my uber driver which he explained had burnt down. Smelled like fabulouso cleanser. Bathrooms - bring shower shoes. They are jack and Jill or just don’t shower. Water smells like sulfur coming out of the tap. Housekeeping knocked 30 minutes...

"It’s ok for a quick overnight or two stay but this hotel does need alot of work. Our room had a broken closet door to the point it would not even open a little, the bathroom door was also broken and would jam closed to the point we had to push our whole body against it to get out of the bathroom. The hotub was stained and is need of a paint job desperately. Also the shower head was falling off the wall and had no water pressure."

Stayed 20 plus nights over 8 years (considering I live 2000 miles away and not associated with the airlines that frequent this hotel) Had arguably the worst experience after the amazing 15 minute check in period. Valet and front desk were very hospitable. But then starts the disappointment. "The tv didn’t work in the room and the side table by the bed was sticky everything else was fine. "

"Super noisy and the room was dirty. We found two large dead roaches in the bathroom and I woke up with bite marks in my legs. The wifi was terrible! We couldn't watch TV at all and the AC was super noisy. Never again will I stay at this facility. The night staff was also non existent and not helpful when they were actually around."

"Wasn't sure what to expect because the place was hidden in an alley. Was surprised to find how beautiful the room was! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and was a short walking distance from the beach. Definitely a hidden gem!"

"The hotel is next to a very busy intersection and was very loud especially at very early hours of morning. The a/c is located right in front of beds which is inconvenient, since you will freeze too quickly but if you turn it off it gets too stuffy. The room we got had a strange smell that wouldn’t go away even with door and window open. I did advise the front desk person and he provided me with some air freshener. Beds seem comfy"

"For the most part, the room was clean, but the bathroom shower door did not stay shut, and there were roach or ant traps underneath the sink which suggests they may be present; although, we didn’t see any. Also, the elevator was extremely slow and sometimes didn’t come, which made walking downstairs with children and luggage a little difficult."
