"Room was clean and the staff was very cordial and welcoming. Arrived a little early and they didn’t make me wait too long before checking me in. The property is walking distance to the convention center which is exactly what we were looking for. Some things to consider: the hotel is in an area that is surrounded by apartments. "This place deserves even more than 5 stars. The property and rooms are impecable. This felt like a cozy airbnb. The 2 ladies who work the desk are 2 of the kindest humans in long beach. This location is also perfect- close to restaurants and grocery store. We would stay here again in a heartbeat "

"Cute Lobby. The location to the town is good, but it is super noisy and the parking and walking in the evening and night is not safe. Unfortunately, there are a lot of homeless around the entire block and people out all night yelling. The day staff was very nice. The check in staff barely acknowledged anyone even looked up. Be prepared to walk up 2-3 floors of very steep stairs. We wanted to live this property, but it didn’t feel safe."

"The hotel was perfect if you wanted a quaint stay within walking distrance to attractions near the water. Having a small kitchen was helpful and there is a Von's close by for groceries. I would say the only negative was the deposit. I was having difficulty getting the despoit taken care of and I reached out to the host and didn't receive a response. Fortunately the issue resolved on its own and I was able to check-in but it was a little nerve-racking since I was in transit when I was waiting...
