  • Just listed! Be the first to stay at this beautifully remolded home only a block from the beach!! Right in the middle of everything. Yoga on the bluff, shopping and dining at The Pike. This LISTING is on the property of a 4-Plex. One house in the front. The owner lives on the property. Two houses in the middle and One house in the back. The unit is the downstairs house in the middle of the property. There is a separate unit upstairs. This is a vibrant downstairs unit, & you may hear some Daytime / Morning footsteps from our upstairs neighbors. The home has one bedroom with a full size bed and work area. The living room has a very comfy queen size sofa bed. Also, there 2 roll away beds that sit in an nook like area in the living room. I also have a pop up crib and highchair for little ones.

    We also have a purple lilac tree is a fragrant, woody plant known for its vivid purple-to-lavender flower clusters, some people don’t like particular the smell of the tree. We are only a couple of miles from the Queen Mary, Convention Center and all Cruise ports! We love to host!

Would recommend, such a good location to easily get to the beach, restaurants, activities etc. Realistically it was exactly what I was looking for!!

What I liked about the the property was it was close to the beach. It could have been cleaner than it was. Also part of the reason I get home to stay in while traveling is to cook my own meals. This property had a poor selection of pans to cook with. Other than that it was a good place to stay.

Check in was easy but unit was not very clean, no top sheet on bed, blinds do not fit windows so light shining in made sleeping difficult. It was more like a college flop house than a place to relax. The price was right but not if you want cleanliness and cozy comfort.

Long Beach Beauty

Cozy and well equipped. Close to down town and all the restaurants. The personalized welcome sign was an excellent extra touch!

Didn't seem like the best neighborhood. When we got there we noticed that all the windows were open later on inn the day after closing the windows there was a smell almost like molded wood. After waking in a few spots on the floor there was soft spots almost like the floor was going to give in. I believe they just put laminated flooring over the old rotted floor.

Very Nice

Eileen was very responsive and flexible. We had a little mix up with the checkin and she cleared it up immediately. Neighborhood is great, nice that it has a parking spot given the area.
