This is a super cute unique property that must be seen to be believed! Come relax and enjoy true Beach lifestyle!

Mark our host is welcoming and helpful with information of what to do in the area. He responds to our questions quickly. The location is walking distance to the beach. Our accommodations are clean comfortable and nice kitchen area. Great to have a washer dryer too! Highly recommend staying here. Thank You Mark for a memorable stay!!

The property was welcoming to pets, in fact when I was searching for a place, I indicated that I had two pets coming with me and was then connected only to properties that were pet friendly, as you would expect with an applied filter for pets. After connecting, the site also said that all fees were included, and there would be no other charges. However, after reserving the property, I was hit a day later with an additional fee for pets amounting to 150. This was an unpleasant surprise, but overall the stay was very positive.

Such a cute little place! Perfect for my husband baby and I. The walk through closet area was perfect for the pack and play! Woke up and realized that there wasn’t enough towels, messaged the property before 8:00 am and had towels delivered wishing 5 minutes.

The best part of this stay is the neighborhood and how close it is to the ocean. Other than that, the house feels dated and the overall design feels like a hodge podge. We will most likely stay somewhere else in the future.

Great Beach Bungalow

Mark was spot on with the description of this cute bungalow near the beach. The place was clean and welcoming. There was a coffee maker, toaster and kitchen utensils so we ate in most mornings, which saved us a little vacation cash. My husband and I felt at home and Mark is personable, responsive and kind. We will definitely book again!

I absolutely loved staying here. My daughter and I drove out from Arizona and we were so content here for the week. The cottage is so cozy and had everything we needed. Mark was helpful and accomodating, working with me to extend our stay when something came up. The place is just so cute and I can't wait to come back and stay again in the future. I also loved the neighborhood with the charming homes and beautiful flowers and trees. We walked to the Italian restaurant around the corner and had a delicious meal. The place is also a short walk to the beach. Parking is all on street which at times really filled up, but we always managed to find a spot. I really enjoyed being in the Long Beach area which is new for us, and there are just so many cute little shops and restaurants to check out. So much to do and I felt perfectly safe in Mark's adorable little studio house. We loved staying here and highly recommend this place if you are in the Long Beach area.

Property was perfect for our stay! Nice, quiet neighborhood within walking distance of good restaurants and close to bus routes. Place was clean and bed comfortable. We had a small issue that Mark took care of right away. Would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed here for a short weekend trip to visit friends in Long Beach. Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely choose to stay at this property again. Mark was easy to communicate with and the check-in and check-out process could not have been easier. The location was in a very quiet neighborhood with food and local night life within walking distance. Five out of five star experience for sure!

Fantastic Long Beach rental

This rental is in a perfect location, it is spacious and very clean and the host is quick to respond. I’ve stayed here twice and hope to do so again when I come to Long Beach to visit a grandbaby!

Dog-friendly beach house

Pleasant cottage tucked away in a friendly residential neighborhood. Mark, the owner, is personable, responsive, and available. Close to Rosie’s Dog Beach - which is a must-visit for dog owners. Highly recommend!
