"Check in easy, kitchen well stocked with everything needed. Beautiful home.spacious, game room. Fantastic views"

"Check-in was a breeze, we showed up kind of late, so we met her in person, and she handed us the gate remote and keys. Told us the basic details of what we needed to know, and that was it! Extremely comfortable, clean and cozy place, kitchen had all the basic seasonings and some even extra pantry foods and condiments. Very homey and calm vibe. We really enjoyed the chickens and ducks! I will definitely be back next time I’m in town."

"Highly recommend this cottage as a home base for exploring Redwood National and State parks. Property was very clean, got a good nights sleep in the comfy beds and appreciated being able to do laundry in the middle of our trip. Great communication with hosts. "

"Well appointed, spacious and clean. Easy drive to state and national parks. Beautiful wooded backyard with deck, fire pit and hot tub I booked through Expedia. Make sure you also have a VRBO app or account if you book through Expedia. That is how the property manager communicates check in procedure. She communicates check in info well in advance but through VRBO. Didn’t have the app or VRBO account so I had to contact VRBO customer service to get access instructions. "This place is Brookings Deluxe! We loved our first night so much we re-booked for a second night. The property is well kept, so much attention to detail. You can tell they’ve put a lot of love into the place. The host is super charming, providing just the right amount of orientation/instruction and then respecting our privacy. Unbeatable views. Highly recommended :)"

"We stayed in the most wonderful home overlooking the River. The home was comfortable clean and exceeded our expectations! The beds were clean comfortable the bathrooms were clean and had great towels! The kitchen was beautiful and spacious well equipped with everything we needed! They had the best puzzles and jenga for our family night! Chris was an amazing host! "
