"Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen- nur etwa 2 Minuten von der Trainstreet zu Fuß und ca 15 Minuten bis zum Hoan Kien Lake. "Rooms were very clean. Beautiful lobby. Amazing breakfast, worth paying extra to include with your stay. The rooftop pool was nice but a little cold for my kids. The only downside is the street in front of it is very busy. Not much to be done about that unless you stay in the French quarter instead."

"The unit is lovely—comfortable bed, deep tub, rain shower, smart tv, kitchenette, balcony. I stayed here for a good while (2.5 weeks) and I had a cold for about a week of that so I spent a lot of time in the room. It was very pleasant. The housekeeping is pretty inconsistent. Sometimes they’d take the bathroom garbage out but leave the kitchen garbage. Sometimes they’ll change towels regularly but other times, they would go like a week without doing that. But honestly it wasn’t a big deal....

"My partner and I stayed 5 nights and we found the apartment to be perfect for a trip to Hanoi. The location is perfect, easily walkable to both train street and the rest of Hanoi centre. The apartment is also sound protected by the walls of multiple governmental buildings so it is quiet at night and not affected by traffic in the mornings. The city can be a bit overwhelming -- and other travelers had told me that the Old Quarter can be noisy at night. "I was skeptical when booking because the photos posted from the property looked like renderings maybe but it was truly as advertised. Really had great experience with the staff such as Lily and Rose who all knew what my travel plans were for each day and trying to make the experience special. I put 9.8/10 when I checked out but looking back it was a 10/10 experience, maybe just knocked off the 0.2 for how hot it is outside which isn't the hotels fault haha."

"We had a great stay! The room and bathroom were clean and the shower pressure was great! It was nice to come back to a comfortable bed after a long day of outings. The hotel is located in the heart of old quarter and everything is within walking distance. The hotel spa offers a “head spa” which includes a head massage and hair wash , and was nothing like I had experienced before. We were also picked up from the airport for around $25. Cons: -Room had no natural light at all, making it feel dingy and depressing. "Bespoke Trendy is located at the heart of Hanoi’s old quarter but on a quiet street. Our room was peacefully quiet. The hotel staff are excellent, the interior design beautiful and it remains a quaint boutique hotel. The amenities rating of 4 stars I gave, was only because there is no pool. But really, who has time to swim when Hanoi beckons you to experience the adventure in the streets. I highly recommend this hotel but warn you of one disappointment - it is often fully booked. "

"Loved this hotel. Brilliant staff, huge room and balcony. Everything was clean and a good breakfast selection. On a busy street but noise stopped at about 11pm. We did hear music in the mornings from about 7am via outside street speakers. Ear plugs fixed it!!"

"Minerva Aparthotel is the ideal place to stay in Hanoi especially if you are coming with family. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the location is the best being near all the tourist attractions but also getting more of a local feel for the city and that doesn’t touch the best part of the stay which is how great Thomas and team are. They really go above and beyond and have excellent communication. They answered all our questions and you can depend on them for any arrangements you need!"

"Great hotel. Would absolutely stay again. Friendly staff, clean facility, on a quiet street. I booked two rooms, and both are very similar. Spacious, bright and clean. Manager Max was great help. I was also able to book Ha Long Bay trip directly at the hotel, so they were very helpful. Because it's on a smaller street, you will need to wheel your luggage to the hotel, not very far. Finally.... as of Jan 2026, Google Map has not updated the street view for Eli Rina, so you won't see it...
