It’s located in the middle of bars, hostels, etc. so there is expected noise at night which didn’t really bother me. Walking distance to the lake, restaurants, etc. "

"Beautiful hotel in the middle of Hanoi Old Town. Room was relatively small compared to others I had stayed at but I think that's pretty normal for Hanoi. My room was really quiet, despite the location. Bed was super comfy. Staff were absolutely amazing. Sky Bar was gorgeous with lovely views - too cold to try the pool unfortunately! "
