"Amazing hotel with a very loving staff who made us feel right at home. The rooftop bar was probably the coolest spot in all of Hanoi and drinks were cheap (around $5-6) considering the high luxury of the place. They have happy hour everyday. The room was quiet and cozy. A/C worked well. They have free to use umbrellas for the guests. The breakfast was absolutely amazing each morning (it's more like a brunch!). Walkable to anywhere with many restaurants and shopping nearby. Accessible by Grab. "

The staff, specially in restaurant and front desk make this one of the best hotels i have stayed in. "The hotel is very nice and located in the Old Quarter close to many attractions and restaurants. It was also very convenient to be picked up for tours. The staff are very accommodating and very helpful. The hotel arranged the transport from and to the airport for very reasonable rates. The manager went out of the way and spent much time in helping us resolve the issue of an incorrect date of birth of one of the travellers on our group. The staff were always smiling and welcoming when we met them...

"사파에서 돌아와서 마지막 밤을 같은 숙소에서 보냈습니다. 방은 지난번은 202호 이 번은 201호이네요. 지난번과 같이 깨끗하고 편안하게 보냈습니다. 1호 라인보다는 2호 라인이 좋은 거 같구요. 1호 라인이 숙소입구가 있는 곳인데, 옆 숙소 앞에서 늦은 밤 사람들이 얘기하니 들리더라구요. 관리팀의 대응이 아주 빠르고, 손님을 위해서 최선을 다 합니다."
