"This was our fifth year of staying on Isle of Palms and renting a house on Ocean Blvd. This house was perfect and fit our group's needs so well. We have a family sailboat racing program, and we bring all the little children, wives and girlfriends along for this regatta. The view was perfect. Beach access the best! "What a fun way to spend our time in Charleston! Yacht is docked permanently in a gated marina with easy but safe access. Unobstructed views of the Ashley River drinking coffee in the mornings and watching dolphins play at sunset while rocking in huge rocking chairs on the main deck. "The house has a great layout and plenty of room. The bedrooms are a good size and all have en suite bathrooms. Can’t beat the view. Kitchen has plenty of dishware. Two fridges and 2 dishwashers are great for larger groups. A short wallk to town. "

"Everything about the stay was easy from check-in to leaving. The living space was great for out group of 8 adults and 7 kids. Plenty of space in the dining room and the kitchen was well appointed with just about every type of equipment we needed for our meals. The master on the 2nd floor was great and spacious. We loved all of the "toys" available in the garage for use in the pool and at the beach.The one and only drawback - if it could be called that - is that there was only one bathroom on...

"Wonderful home for a family vacation. Open floor plan on 2nd floor kitchen and family room. Bedrooms and bathrooms galore. Pool was just right for post beach cool offs. "

"The cottage was so cozy and inviting with a lovely courtyard space. The building was a former kitchen that has been renovated into an apartment while keeping the historic charm. The location is spectacular - quiet, walkable and the owners are very responsive. I’ll definitely stay here on my next visit to Charleston. "
