Did ask for extra pillows was told no. For a family room only 4 towels. Also asked and didn't get.

"Stained and burnt sheets, bad smelling elevator. I didn’t feel safe leaving my vehicle outside.
The people that hang around that property are not top notch ( if you catch my drift)…Makes you feel unsafe.
We left shortly after check in. I felt loosing the price of the room and paying again to stay somewhere else would be cheaper than having my truck broken into.
Definitely would not recommend."

"Our first room wasn’t cleaned when we came in and the AC wasn’t working, before getting transferred into another room I asked about a possible shorter stay and a refund for the second night and the worker who Id assume was the manager expressed that they would deny a refund, the second room wasn’t any better, dirty AC, moldy washroom, dust on the ceiling, etc. other than that, one of the other workers was polite and the restaurant was decent."

"We recently stayed here and had a truly wonderful experience overall. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the property was very clean, and the hotel was walking distance to amenities. The only downside to our stay was the noise. While the tile floors look nice, and are undeniably clean, they unfortunately don't absorb much sound. Because of this, we could hear almost every movement and footstep from the room directly above us.
