Hotel was ok.
Communication with staff regarding underground parking was horrible. Underground parking is NOT connected to hotel, which is fine. But when it's -43 windchill and you have to haul suitcases, would have been a nice heads up to have as we were leaving the front reception and we had already asked a few questions about parking.
There is no signage in the underground parking where the hotel is or where to exit to get to the hotel. Just street names. We did have to call to find out which area to park in and how to leave the underground by walking to get to the hotel.
Also underground parking door does lock. Would have been nice to know the times when they open and lock the door instead of walking back and forth outside to get a code to get our vehicle out. Parking lot is not monitored by hotel, but hotel staff know enough about the parking to pass that information on to guests.
Highly recommend passing that information to your hotel guests at check-in next time!
