"People were dealing/smoking drugs outside or just sitting in their cars. Also I had to put out a cigarette but fire outside the hotel. When trying to find water to put out said fire all ice machines and water fountains were not functioning. Otherwise it was clean, great front desk service and awesome location."

"Our family of 8 including grandparents, adult kids, and grandchildren had a wonderful time at this property. We all live in the twin cities and suburbs and decided to rent this property which was only a short drive for all of us. The property was just as described as shown in the VRBO posting so there were no surprises. Video games and the pool kept everyone entertained the whole time. "The location was fine - nearby drugstore and many places to eat. The property was dirty (smelled) and had roaches and old cheap furniture. The room had a weird layout, including sinks in both 'bedrooms' and a desk in front of an adjoining room door. My senior citizen roommate and I had concerns for our health while staying in the room. "The house was simply but nicely furnished. Parking was plentiful. The layout of 3 bedrooms on the main floor and 4 up a short flight of stairs provided adequate separation for differing bedtimes and needs. All the beds were very comfortable. Air traffic noise was not an issue. We were very satisfied with this property for our family stay. "

"We’ve stayed at this house for 4 years now and it’s always been a wonderful experience. The place is cleaned, well-maintained, and the hot tub is in good working order. The lakeside location is quiet and offers a nice view. Would certainly recommend!"

"Although it was initially difficult to find due to the pinpoint on map not being in the right spot Kathryn answered very quickly and even came out and showed us the way there! Super sweet. The stepping stones down to the cabin are alittle scary to go down so becareful. The lights on the house at night are super cute. We unfortunately had to cut our trip short but they were very accommodating with everything and tried their best with any issue we may have had. Would definitely come here again."

"Hosted a bachelor party with 8 of my friends. It was the perfect place for us to relax yet still have things to do. The basketball court is tons of fun and it was awesome to jump in the lake right after. There is some sand and it’s up kept very well. There’s a nice doc and some water toys to use. "This was a great place for our weekend work retreat. The outdoor games and fire pits were perfect for our group. The actual house had plenty of space and all of the kitchen supplies we needed. Highly recommend. "
