"Our stay here was mediocre. Not sure how it an excellent rating because I wasn’t impressed. The good parts were a comfortable bed and easy parking. Bad part was the shower caulking needs to be replaced as it looked moldy and was peeling. There was a razor in the bathroom trash can when we arrived (gross!), so was the room not cleaned well or did someone use it really quick after it had been cleaned…? Additionally, the kitchen area was lacking! Mismatched kitchen ware, looked like they gathered...

"I checked in at 9pm only to find out my room had been given away. It was graduation weekend so there were no available rooms anywhere else. It was late at night and I’m driving around trying to find a place to stay."

"The hotel halls STUNK every time we came in and out of our room. Luckily it didn't come in the room... but it was terrible. The bed frames were an absolute joke. It rocked and wiggled and slid even when my 2 and 5 year olds would roll over in their sleep. By the end of the 2 days the beds were no where near where they had started when we checked in. There were only 2 sets of towels in our room for 4 people. The grout needs to be redone in the bathroom. Just not what I expected for a hotel...

"The AC in our King bed with pull out sofa bed room was terrible. Temperature could not be controlled. Wall thermostat was almost unusable. Expedia stated a $100 pet fee when I booked, but I was charged $150. In addition, there was no mention of a daily parking fee of $5.30 when I booked or at check-in. We left a day early and I understand we would not be refunded that last night even though we did not stay there, but we were also charged that parking fee for a parking space we did not use. The...

He usually stays in this hotel because of work being close by and they provide free breakfast. I feel is a bad service not providing breakfast when they have free breakfast when you booked the hotel.
