"Lovely hotel and grounds. Spotlessly clean, warm and inviting modern double bedroom. Very dog friendly hotel- great! Lovely setting. Polite reception staff. Didn't get to see inside the hall itself, as another event on as New Years Eve. Bar in the main hotel a little quiet at midnight, but that wasn't the hotels fault, just the guests if they had gone to bed!- as there was a DJ. Drinks at a price to be expected in a hotel. Didn't eat as room only for one night, so can't comnent on food. Same...

"Cabin on the water was lovely & the balcony a great feature although needed an umbrella & seat cushions. Unfortunately the bar & terrace area was taken over by a golf presentation so a little disappointing as very limited free seating & early closing for bar & food provision. Huge stain on the bedroom carpet, bathroom door hard to close & a very noisy toilet seat! Plenty of parking & a quiet night’s sleep. It was close to our planned event but wouldn’t stay again."

"Location is great and parking is included. The maid needs talking too though as we got woken early both mornings by her clattering around and slamming doors. Car chargers outside were also broken which when you gave an electric car is a huge problem!!!"

"Excellent value for money.
Communication and access was easy - remember to message for code to lockbox.
Parking was great with loads of secure space out the back.
This place has been recently done up with a nice finish. Everything was really clean including bathroom, bed and kitchenette (except the grey thing on top of the bed had some stains).
Bed was really comfy and fresh.
Location wise it was perfect for what i needed as it was close to the arena and near a lot of shops.
Only downside...

"Very nice, ample and light room with a double bed, a proper desk, kitchenette and table. Much nicer and spacious than a hotel room. Bed was not the most comfortable but ok for a couple of nights. 10 minutes walking away from Rugby's pedestrian area. Can be a bit noisy from the road, but not worse than other hotels I've stayed in Rugby.
Only issue was that email with access instructions went to Spam as it didn't come from hotels.com, but once I called I got the access codes in a couple of...

"we had a lovely stay.
the owner was really helpful and nothing was to much trouble
lots of information on things to do in the area, restaurant and pubs too
the cabin was very clean with everything we needed
we will definitely be coming back to this wonderful get away "
