"The contactless entry was problematic. The code wouldn't work for my room and I had to call three times before someone picked up to help me. It took another several minutes for them to fix it remotely. Then, the bathroom was locked from the inside and there was no one on site to get me in. Once all that was settled, the stay was pleasant. The room was nice and spacious. "

"This was one of our best trips to the NC coast. The location of this rental was perfect for us. The home was bright and smelled clean upon arrival. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Easy access to the home, and being able to unload vehicles under a covering was much appreciated, as it rained a few times during our stay. We only stayed 3 nights, but will definitely be back. Highly recommend. "

"Wow. Fantastic property. The pictures don’t do it justice. The high-end nature of the kitchen, bar, master bath, outdoor furniture, really added to the luxury feel of this property. We enjoyed the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Played the games made available to us and had plenty of room to cook/ snack in the kitchen. I will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! "

"This property was great! Very convenient, right on the beach, and the area was not crowded. Be aware that this is a duplex, which means that you will have next door neighbors out on the balcony next to you, and you will need to share the parking area. Overall, a great beach vacation rental! "Steps to the Sea was a great house for our family vacation. The house is beautifully updated/decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. And the beach was great and not crowded!! Michelle was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to our questions both during booking and our stay. We would definitely stay at Steps to the Sea again!"

"We loved the houseboat so clean and comfy with everything you would ever need. Enjoyed the river by renting a pontoon for 1/2 day. Loved the porch upstairs "

"Perfect 3-day, end-of-school getaway for our grandchildren. Beach and pool are close and there is a walkway to both so no long walks over huge dunes etc. Grounds are well-manicured and pretty. The owner is awesome and the condo was extremely clean. Having beach chairs, shades etc was SO helpful. You will have a great time here. We will be back. "

"Wilmington is one of my favorite places to visit. This time was no disappointment. This was a birthday getaway for me and my husband. The houseboat was very clean and accommodating. Just the relaxation that I needed. Kelly was avaliable when we needed her with no hesitation. Thank you Kelly and we will be coming back."
