"Nolan has thought of everything you could need and we didn't have to run out for staples like paper towels, TP, soap, detergent etc. he had these and all other household basics plus extras there: fans, baby gates, all the items on the listing were there and worked. We checked to see if the bikes had survived the rental crowd over the summer and he made sure they were in good shape before we arrived. This was so fun! Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. "Great unobstructed views. Bathroom could use more counter space or functional shelving for girls stuff. Excellent placer to stay. We didn’t want to leave! THANK YOU!!!"

"Beautiful townhome with gorgeous views on both sides, and easy access to the beach. Elevator was especially nice while traveling with our 80 year old dad with walking issues. Our family of 9 had more than enough space to relax and unwind. "

"The apartment was beautiful! It was clean and neat! Big windows to allow for sunlight. We made our own breakfast as because they supplied dinnerware, cookware, coffee maker and blender. A washer and dryer was in the apartment along with hangers, laundry baskets and laundry detergent."

"Cute and cozy home super close to downtown Wilmington - super communicative owners! Everytime I had a question they immediately responding 10/10!!! Everything was clean and had everything you needed for a wonderful stay! "

"great view from every balcony. Being right on the beach made it nice for quick trips if you needed anything in the house. House was stocked with everything you need for making a big family dinner."

"We had a great week at the property. Even with 29 people it was spacious enough for all. Access to the beach was nice, and the pool and hot tub were a big hit. The upstairs fridge was having a hard time making enough ice, but we bought extra. The one negative comment is for the outdoor grill, it was disgusting. Spent an hour scraping oyster shells and an inch layer of grease and other gunk off the bottom pan and grill racks. It took everyone awhile to get used to all the rooms, and we couldn't...

"Wow. Fantastic property. The pictures don’t do it justice. The high-end nature of the kitchen, bar, master bath, outdoor furniture, really added to the luxury feel of this property. We enjoyed the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Played the games made available to us and had plenty of room to cook/ snack in the kitchen. I will definitely be back. "House was very clean, furniture and beds were super comfortable (for travelers of all shapes and sizes!), kitchen was well stocked with supplies, and beachfront location was perfect! Communication from hosts was perfect. There were loads of beach towels, a really nice washer and dryer, super comfortable and sturdy porch furniture, grilling supplies, and lots of beach chairs. Even though we didn’t use them, there is a ton of stuff for small kids—a permanent baby gate at the top of the stairs...
