"The Dorset Hotel was beautifully styled and staff were so friendly and helpful. Good location. The only issue was the size of the rooms. I’d definitely upgrade. Unfortunately I think the hotel may have a damp problem as the rooms did have a musty smell. Maybe in the summer it will be better. "

"Great little room with en-suite for an over night in WHampstead. Perfect location, near all rail stations, restaurants, and grocery. If you don’t have toiletries (only hand soap is provided) Tesco Express is nearby. Check in and check out was super clear and easy, great communication throughout. Highly recommend."

"Very clean. Parts of the hotel are under construction and our view was of scaffolding but it was just a place to lay our heads. Amazing location as it’s close to restaurants and stores. Felt like a new property, everything was very clean and staff was very helpful. Rooms are small but beds are very comfy. We all had several nights of good sleep."

"Bathroom wa sa very small wet room, which flooded the bedroom floor! Lucky there was nothing of mine on the floor that could have been ruined. Consequence of a tiny wetr9om is that the toilet is completely soaked after using the shower. The room was extremely noisy, even with powerful earplugs. I think there was either a band on until fairly late, or very loud music. "

"The hotel is very convenient for Paddington station and the room is spacious with stove, oven, fridge and dishwasher. If it were not for the bed, I would give it 5 stars. The bed itself was very comfortable but, for reason unknown, it is crammed up by the window requiring my wife to have to climb over the bed to get in. Furthermore, the light switches cannot be easily reached from the bed. A little redesign would be in order."
