"Reasonably priced! The house was very clean. We had plenty of towels & wash cloths. It was great for our girls trip, so we could all stay together in one place. Having a kitchen and everything we needed to make some of our meals was awesome! "

"The cabin was clean and had all the amenities needed for an escape from society. Its far enough from town to feel secluded but close enough that you can easily drive in to grab essentials. The hot tub was clean and a preheated for our stay. The hardest part about the entire stay was leaving. It felt nice to get away for a few days. "

"We loved our stay. David was such a generous host. We had a unique situation where we were in town for a family emergency. David was kind, empathetic, flexible, generous and accommodating. We can’t thank him enough. We will be visiting Decatur again over the next few years and hope to stay on this property. It is really close to Millikin University which was a huge bonus. "

"When we arrived it was out of the way and near the golf course… seeing the ports potties in the yard next door was off putting but there was no smell so it was easy to look past them. The house and property was very pleasant and welcoming. Just enough room to be there comfortably. Everything we needed was there for us so we were great! "We rented this vrbo during a heat wave, so we spent a lot longer inside than out. The AC systems worked well and we had a great time using the kitchen and media area. Id love to come back sometime to use the baskwtball, pickleball, and bocce ball courts as well as the outdoor bar. Zack and Bex were great hosts and responded very quickly.
A few small thinga to improve:
Some of the fans did not work, i expect the remotes just need a new battery. The AC could not go lower than 75. This is fine...

"I am an advid traveler, and I enjoy all types of lodging accommodations. However, this property was not presented as described. I never received check-in instructions nor the code to access the property even though the information was requested days before my arrival. Upon arriving to the property the exterior of the home was not maintain. The driveway was littered with multiple trash bags and empty alcohol content and the trash bin was full to capacity.
