"Location and amenities at the property are excellent. We had a suite and it was very roomy. Bed was a little soft but that is a personal preference and after the first night we didn't notice. Bathroom is older than some newer hotels. Overall a great stay; loved the staff and the location."

"Clean room, complete amenities - nice shower gel, microwave/ stove (did not use), 2 mini fridges, had to request for iron and provided promptly, comfy beds, friendly staff and free laundry facilities at reception level. We chose the 8 ppl room although there was 6 of us so we had a bit more space. It was good to stay as a family. Common area was aesthetic but I am not sure practical (floor sitting and stone walkway) but thats fine, minor. Other than the main room which had 2 queens and ensuite,...

"Decor was exactly as pictured, room was clean, staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Location was perfect, as it was close to subway stops and attractions, but just far enough away that it was quiet. I will absolutely stay here again the next time I visit Seoul!"
