"Everything is fine except that their mattresses are not comfortable. I also asked about luggage delivery service to another hotel and two staff had told me that there was no same day delivery option so I booked another service myself. When I checked out and told the reception that there will be someone else picking up my luggage, another staff then told they actually do have same-day delivery service. I guess they need to train some of the staff better to avoid providing misinformation. "

"Very kind staff, and spacious room by Tokyo standards. The hotel had a lovely bar and restaurant in the lobby, and we enjoyed the Expedia perks we were given - an unexpected and pleasant surprise. The hotel's in a bit more of a business area, but still very accessible to trains, close walk to Ginza, etc. Would recommend this hotel. "

"Highly Recommended. Clean rooms, comfortable space. Nice location- Close to several train stations, convenience stores and restaurants. Front desk staff friendly and very helpful. Gentleman at front desk went above and beyond to help us with our luggage delivery to our Osaka hotel by filling out our forms and contacting hotel to make sure they would accept luggage. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel."

"This was our last stay on a two week vacation to Japan and we used it as a treat after all the biking, walking, hiking we did on the front end. It was true pampering. It was the most westernized stay we had in Japan, but it still definitely spoke to the Japanese culture. "I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to public transportation and major attractions nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always greeting me with a smile and offering assistance whenever needed. "A good property only a few minutes walk to the train. Lots of restaurant in the area. Safe and quiet. Second trip to this hotel. Note that all rooms are on high floors as the lobby starts on the 16th or 17th floor. Great city view from the rooms.
