"일단은 위치가 굉장히 좋았어요. 주소는 신바시지만 실제로들 바로 앞에 긴자 8초메라서 가까워요 아무래도 최근에 지어진 거라서 굉장히 세련 되었고, 침대가 엄청 크고 편했어요 안막 처리가 잘 되어 있고, 조용한 것도 장점이에요. 그리고 한국어를 잘 아는 일본인 스텝이 있어서 편했는데 너무 친절했어요"

When I raised the issue, the staff explained it was due to heavy usage by other guests, which feels disappointing for a 5-star hotel. Still, aside from the unstable internet, I enjoyed my stay."
