"I really liked the hotel, it's very well located with a wonderful view and the room was always clean. The only thing I didn't like was the receptionist's response. When I asked for more water, she refused and wanted to charge me, but I said that we are in Japan and I could drink the tap water."

"My overall experience was pleasant, with great service and comfortable accommodation. However, the Wi-Fi in my room was extremely slow and kept dropping out. When I raised the issue, the staff explained it was due to heavy usage by other guests, which feels disappointing for a 5-star hotel. Still, aside from the unstable internet, I enjoyed my stay."
