"Stayed here with our 13 & 11 year old children… got two rooms that connected & it worked out perfectly! The breakfast delivered every morning was great. The free beer & wine with snacks in the evening was a nice surprise. Location was amazing, great for shopping, close to the fish market & right next to a Don Quixote store. "Very happy with our stay at the Park Hotel which is well maintained. Rooms are good if not a little small (often the case in Tokyo) and there can be some train noise. Good location and access to restaurants and shopping and easy walk to Ginza. The art work on display throughout the hotel adds a different dimension to the stay"

"Breakfast at the viking village was amazing you must go. Rooms are small but the place is maintained very well for how old the building is. The staff is so sweet and helped us with our luggage. We checked in really late and didn't get to use room service since last order is 11:30pm"

"The room was clean and service was great. VERY close to a convenient subway station, this made it easy to hit attractions and places you wanted to go to. Plenty of shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. My only beef was I wish they would have given me an early checkin after arriving by train in a near typhoon. Other than that, a really great property. Loved the place."

"Great hotel for your stay in Tokyo. Minato is a nice quiet area. Hotel is convenient to Hamamatsu Cho station, for easy access to Tokyo station, Disney, Shibuya and Shinjuku. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. I’ll stay there again. My wife and two daughters loved it!"

"The biggest strength of this hotel is the location. It is closely located to Ginza, have access to pretty much all the train systems in Tokyo. The property was used to be nice and clean when I stayed in 2025. However when I stayed this time, there was abad odor going around the room. Staff were trying hard to help mitigate the situation and I appreciated their effort but the odor was very uncomfortable for me to stay there. I hope they can resolve the odor issue as they have a prime...
