"Helpful and friendly staff"

"Booked 2 rooms on premiere floors- room with one king size and one room with 2 singles. Pros: Hotel is tucked behind busy area. Our rooms had access to small area with unlimited drinks and small snacks on 10th floor but I think 2nd floor lobby with snacks/drinks were sufficient since we don’t drink alcohol. Staff was courteous and polite. Rooms were smaller than I expected with not a lot of space to keep suitcase opened. We spent 4 nights here so kind of tight. Bigger rooms were booked...

"We had the best time at MondayApart Daimon. The staff members were very sweet and friendly. They spoke English and really made us feel welcome. The room was clean with plenty of towels and other amenities and of course very clean. The in room laundry machine was a wonderful addition to the room. They have everything I love in a hotel. We felt in love with Japan and I will stay in this hotel in my next visit!"

"Loved, loved, loved this hotel. It was a 4 minute walk to Hamamatsucho station which is on the Yamanote line and away from the hustle and bustle. Although there is a train line next to the hotel you don't hear them after certain time. The staff were absolutely amazing! We first went to the wrong hotel and one of the staff members gave us directions to the right hotel but then got on his bicycle and followed us to ensure we were going to the right hotel. The staff were so kind, super helpful...

"Very convenient location for Tsukiji market shopping and dining. Room was small, but efficiently arranged. Great to have laundry in room. Check in was very quick but pre check in process was very time consuming because of the ridiculous way of entering dates using calendars rather than entertaining year, month, and day separately. Staff was fantastic, holding our bags after early arrival and placing bags in room after check in time. Highly recommend this property."

"So I booked this hotel (presently staying in) after reviews averaging 4.2 about the decor, ambiance, staff and amenities. I must say I'm rather disappointed with some of these which I'll expand upon below: First - the shower head - leaking in both functions of jet and shower leading to a reduction of pressure (raised issue with Bell captain and he could only have the issue looked at the following day without option of room change, mind you it was flagged before 4pm).
