"The weather was hot, but the AC was amazing. Long days of walking around Magnolia and Baylor coming back to a comfortable couch and beds to sleep and rest and rejuvenate was awesome. Your accommodations were just what we needed."

"We were in town for a funeral. It was the perfect location. The only thing was a picture fell off the wall in the middle of the night and scared us to death....lol. It was clean...nice and comfy and the owner was very helpful and accommodating. "

"We loved our stay in this cottage. The space was perfect for spreading out and having lots of areas for visiting. The kitchen was well-stocked, the house was clean, and the neighborhood felt safe. The host was very responsive. Great stay, highly recommend!!!"

"Not much to say but it was an exceptional start for my family and I!! If I were to stay again this will definitely be the place. Andrew and Lily were such great people and acted as if we were not strangers and’s very welcoming. Thank you both!"

"A group of us got together for a mutual friend’s birthday - the twist is that none of us had met prior! This house was perfect with several living spaces to spread out, several rooms including a gorgeous master that made birthday girl feel like a queen! Everything needed to cook meals, enjoy drinks, relax. And the mattresses were amazing!!! Everyone left commenting they wanted me to find out what the mattresses or mattress topper was so they can get on from home. I even drew the short stick and...

"Our family truly enjoyed our time at the Shiplap Cottage. The house was the perfect size for our family of 5! We found everything as described and felt very comfortable. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, and we were within a short drive of all the places we needed to visit.The host had excellent communication and was very prompt and polite in attending to our needs and questions.
