"Our family had an amazing time! Laurie was a most welcoming host and showed us around when we first arrived. She was super accommodating of letting us use their lake mat for the duration of the stay because one of their float we were going to rent was not usable. The shade on the porch was great for my parents who liked staying out of the sun. There was plenty of room with bedrooms for everyone. It was clean and not very buggy at all inside. "We had a really a great time on an overnight mid-week get away at the property. For not much more than what we would have spent on a lousy hotel we got the full vacation vibe. The space is modern, private and fully equipped with everything you need. "

"Exactly what we needed! Beautiful, clean and organized inside, calm, peaceful and secluded outside. Would definitely love to stay again. No issues, no worries, close to the lake and boat launch. Close enough to towns and restaurants but secluded enough that the only sounds you hear are nature. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is the place!"

"The place is excellent. We had one small hiccup about the dog but all in all everything went well after communicating the issue with the owner of the place. The place itself is very clean, amazing lake views and nice neighbours. It is located right in between Watkins Glen and Geneva. So we had chance to visit both sides of the lake. Highly recommend ! "

"We needed a large property to accommodate 18 adults who were in the area for a local college graduation. We decided to extend the weekend an extra day to enjoy the area. The house was perfect. We were a bit confused about the layout description initially but once we got there, it made sense and it readily accommodated all of us. The open floor plan with a large dining table next to the open kitchen made cooking and dining a breeze. The bedrooms were all spacious enough and the beds were clean...
