"Very nice little cottage. If you have mobility issues, the spiral stairs will be tricky for you. Bring your own drinking water as the well water tastes a little like sulfur. It is a very comfortable place. We made use of the queen size bed upstairs and the trundle twin beds in the living room."

"This was our third time staying at this property and we enjoyed it just as much as the other times we’ve stayed here. We met one of the property owners. He was very helpful with questions we had. We let him know this was our anniversary and we always come here for our anniversary weekend. After a day of being out and about, we came back to a bottle of wine left for us, with note wishing us happy anniversary! We’ve already booked our stay for next year! Clean, pet-friendly, conveniently located....

"Really nice spot and I thought it was a solid value. We saw some other, incredible houses on Canandaigua lake we wanted to book, everything looked perfect but when we saw the total price at check out, we said no way; way overpriced. But we found THIS place had it all: Enough room, nice interior, great view, nice outdoor space with a dock to park a boat, AND a fair price! Therefore, we will save this spot to check first for another rental."

"Beautiful and cozyHome is in a quite peaceful vineyard. Great place to relax and unwind from stressful daily life. New house and beautifully decorated.House has well water. Sulfer smell when running the water was not pleasant. That was the only downfall."

"What a delightful cabin! Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. It was the perfect home away from home. The setting is peaceful and quiet. When we checked in everything was throughly clean and ready for us. The kitchen had everything we needed from a coffee pot, toaster, microwave, full stove and refrigerator.
